Nights are very essential in shaping up your day. If you feed up your subconscious mind the task you are going accomplish the day after, then after waking up in the morning your subconscious mind will keep you telling that you have these tasks in hand so be alert and take action. You don’t need to waste time thinking about what to do or whatnot. while coming back from your office be prepared to make a plan. Find your time before going to bed. Make it a habit of daily making plans. It will improve your productivity and make you tension free life. While coming back from the office/work you can see your plan how many tasks you have accomplished. That will give you satisfaction and contentment. After making a plan for the next day wash your leg and face with water. Wipe with soft cotton clothes. Meditate for 5 minutes then go to sleep.
